My fifth UNBOXING Video - {Peaches & Petals - July}

Untitled
Today I am sharing my July Peaches and Petals box. This box had some great items in it and also some so-so products, but everything I will use! My favorite item is the BoomBotix Wireless Speaker, which retails on Amazon for around $13. This speaker has a little clip on it and will be great to take along when I go out running with my running group on some of our long marathon training runs! I can pair it with my iPhone and clip it onto my running shorts! I can also move it from room to room in the house and listen to music while I clean, cook, etc. What a nice little gem to have around the house! The wet wring wave towel will also be nice to have after my runs and the daisy headband is just adorable!

I should be receiving my August box this week and it is supposed to have long mermaid socks in it... should be interesting yet fun. :)

I'm also excited to share yet ANOTHER unboxing video- this time with my new skinny lens and shotgun mic! The quality is SOOO much better. I still have a lot to learn though! Be sure to check it out below:

Peaches & Petals UnBoxing - July

I'd appreciate your support, please watch my video, subscribe to my channel, give me a thumbs up, share if you want and I love comments. I got a lot of comments, like and views on my last video THANKS to all of my supportive readers!!! I appreciate it so much! And, if there is any suggestions you have, leave it in the comments below or on You Tube!

A little about Peaches & Petals... Peaches & Petals is a subscription box that is $19.99 a month and you can cancel at anytime. I share what I have received in this video AND in the photos pictured below (if you don't have time to watch the video, or if you want more details).

What I like about Peaches & Petals is that they send you a HUGE monthly box. It isn't just beauty products, but a variety of items for women. I already subscribe to Ipsy and it is nice to receive some 'larger' beauty products such as bath bombs and also other non-beauty items, such as mugs, adult coloring books, etc.

So, How Do You Get Signed Up?
You can use my referral code by clicking HERE and use one of these coupon codes for the June box! Please make sure to let me know in the comments if you do sign up, so I can make sure I earn the points for your referral (there has been some trouble with this in the past!).

July Items in Peaches & Petals Box

Untitled Untitled
BoomBotix Wireless Speaker - This wireless speaker is portable, cute and it even has a little clip on it.

Wet Wring Wave Towel - You get this towel wet, wave it and then use it behind your neck, to wipe your face... whatever you need to do to cool off! This will be wonderful to use after some of my runs until it cool downs!

Untitled Untitled
Makeup Cleansing Wipes - These makeup cleansing wipes do the job, but I wouldn't go out and buy them again.

Chroma Lights Hair Spray Color in Metallic Teal - This hair spray color was fun to use on my son for his crazy hair day at karate. However, it did take a couple of days to wash out of his hair and I'm not sure if I want to try it on my highlighted hair!

Body Wash in a Sponge - This was my reward item that I got with points that I received from people that had subscribed under me. Unfortunately, this item was in one of my previous boxes! I hope to receive something unique next time!

And, don't forget... if you want to subscribe to the box, you can use my referral code by clicking HERE and by using one of the referral codes listed above to get a discount on your first box!

My Invisalign Journey (Trays 9-15) and Progression Photos

Today I am going to share a little more about My Invisalign Journey with you. Back in May, I shared my first Invisalign post HERE and talked about my first 8 trays with Invisalign. Today I am going to share some information and progression photos for Trays 9-15. And, no, I am not done with Invisalign yet. After your first round of trays (I had 15 trays), they start revision trays. Unfortunately, I found out I have 18 revision trays... I am currently on tray 3 of those. I will continue to share updates as my progress continues. I talk about why I went with Invisalign and what the entire process was like in my first post (see link below). I am not going to repeat it all in this post, but I will share my progression photos with you. If you have any questions, be sure to let me know in the comments. Currently {January 2017}

I've decided to keep Currently active again for 2017! It is just such a fun post to do each month and I love updating all of you on what I've been up to besides the usual DIY/outfit posts!  Currently... Beyond Thrilled to see SO many #ShowYourMug Photos! Recently I worked with Community Coffee on a Giveaway, where you would have a chance to win a year's worth of free coffee in exchange for showing your mug and tagging me and Community Coffee on Instagram. I was really surprised by how many of you shared your mugs! Below you'll see some of you that played along:      Again, thanks ladies for sharing your lovely mugs! I was so excited every time one of you tagged me and I got to read about your favorite mug! Running Goal I started training for my 10th (that's crazy!) half marathon yesterday! I haven't really set any specific goals for myself with half marathons, except to try to PR. However, I haven't PR'ed my 2:06 time in a couple years! After training ...

Y'all! I DID IT! 2016 Chicago Marathon Recap!!!

I am really excited to share this post with all of you today. I have been wanting to run a marathon for a really, really, REALLY long time. I was too afraid to do it, I was afraid I would fail. I started out running in 2009 after I had my daughter and signed up to run 500 miles in one year with friends I met on  Babycenter   I started out walking and running... but, I did it! I completed 500 miles in 2009. My first 5K was at our local zoo and then I branched out and did a Halloween 10K. After that, I signed up for my first half marathon here in St. Louis and my second half marathon was the Wine & Dine at Disney... My first half marathon time was 2:35 and my best has been 2:04 and a HUGE dream/goal of mine is to complete one in under 2:00 hours. But... first I toyed around with the idea of running a marathon.  All  of my running friends kept telling me to JUST DO IT. That I'd do just fine. But, I was sacred.... Finally, 7 years later I have RAN MY FIRST MARATHON! ...
