We recently spruced up our patio area with new furniture and a pergola this summer. I wanted to clear out our summer decor and add some fall items. Thanks to Here Today, it was easy for me to give our patio a fall look. I shopped at their Arnold store, which is closet to me, but they have several other stores in and outside the St. Louis area.

When I walked into the store, there were three huge areas in the store filled with Halloween, fall, Thanksgiving, etc. merchandise. They also had other fall/Halloween items sprinkled throughout the store.

I started with our coffee table and added some burlap under a tree slice that I already had. Then I added a HUGE fall scented pillar candle, a mason jar with a burlap ribbon on it that was stamped with 'Home Sweet Home' and a pumpkin made of twigs. All three of these items were from Here Today

The jumbo pillar candle also takes batteries, which is nice when you have younger kids!

When I saw this adorable ceramic pumpkin, I knew I had to have it! This would be beautiful by an entry way or on a front porch. I wanted to set it up some, so I placed it on an upside down terra-cotta pot.

These jack-o-lantern tins and candy corn lights are also from Here Today. They had several different sizes of these lanterns. I decided to put the candy corn lights inside them and they are fun to light up in the evening.

Here is what the displayed looked like for the jack-o-lanterns and ceramic pumpkins. So cute!

I already had these pillows, they are a few years old. However, I did see some orange decor pillows at Here Today and they carry several other designs/colors of pillows for your home.

Patio11
Here Today also had these spooky coasters! I couldn't resist picking up a package of them. They also offer party napkins, plates, ceramic platters, etc. for all of your fall and Halloween party needs.

My porch is perfect for the fall now and the kids and I just love to look outside our patio door and to sit outside on the cool fall evenings.

Patio9
This scarecrow is a little old, but he found a nice spot in my potted mums. Here Today sells mums and even pumpkins right outside the doors to their stores!

As you can see, our patio is a nice and cozy place for us to sit outside on these beautiful fall days! I'm trying to enjoy the fall as much as I can before the cold winter seeps in!

5 Ways to Bring Spring Into Your Home

The weather here in St. Louis has gone from 70 degrees to tornado watches/warnings and now to possible snow/ice this weekend. Whew! I am SO ready for Spring and for Daylight Saving Time. Today I'm sharing with you how to bring Spring to your home sooner with 5 Ways To Bring Spring Into Your Home . Bringing a little Spring into your home is rather easy. You don't need to change up your entire decor, at least not yet... What I try to do is add little touches here and there. 1. Spring Wreaths One way that I bring Spring into my home is by placing a Spring wreath on my front door or on some of the interior doors in the home. My absolute favorite Spring wreath that I've done is my Split Pea Wreath below, but I'm currently working on a Tulip wreath which I'll be sharing in a couple of weeks! I'm also sharing a couple of other Spring wreaths that I've made below: Split Pea Wreath with Burlap Bow Some other Spring wreaths I've designed:   Simple Spring Hoop Wrea...

Thankful Tree #PAWsomeGifts #ClausAndPaws

This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser, MARS Incorporated. All opinions are mine alone. #PAWsomeGifts #ClausAndPaws #CollectiveBias This Thanksgiving, I wanted to do something special for our cat, Rose. I have a Thanksgiving light up tree that I put up every year, but I wanted to turn it into a 'thankful tree' to appreciate our cat. I created some leaves for the tree that we could hang up on it every time Rose did something good. If Rose earned 5 leaves on the tree, we would fill her  Temptations® Snacky Mouse  with her favorite treats from MARS Pet at Walmart . If she was bad, we would take a leaf away... Rose tends to 'sneak' into our garage at times when I'm loading it up with the kids backpacks in the morning or unloading groceries. So, the thankful tree is to encourage good behavior and to show her that we appreciate her and are thankful for her good behavior! Shop for Rewards for your Cat   I visited my local Walmart store...
