This is a project that worked out even better than I thought it would!  I gave myself a brand new deck surface for free. How did I do it?  Well, it took a lot of elbow grease but I took my ugly, flaked, checked and cracked deck boards and flipped them all over to give myself a new surface.  With a bit of cleaning and sanding, the deck surface looks so amazing I wish I had done this the year I  moved in!
