I like to share a little recap of my week at the start of each party: This week was pretty busy, but somehow I failed to take a lot of photos. Oops! On Monday, Nathan had his D.A.R.E. graduation and he won 1st place on the essay contest. His D.A.R.E. officer even sent his essay to the governor, which was special. Nathan got to read his essay at the graduation and he also got a medal and a cute stuffed animal of the D.A.R.E. mascot! How fun! I was at Hobby Lobby picking up items for a special project that Autumn had at school and I've been eyeing this light up sign for awhile. I found out that I could use the 40% off coupon on it and I was able to purchase it for $23! Does anyone have a lightbox? I am excited to try it out and it may be going on our new IKEA shelves! Welcome back to our DIY/Craft Link Up Party! Thank you for stopping by every week! Today's Feature is "Let it Snow" Christmas Wreath   by The Happie House. I like to share a little recap of my week at the start of each party: On Dec. 6, the elves came with goodies for the kids for St. Nick's Day. I also got my new Scentsy warmer, it burns the wax on top and has a light. It is just a jar and you can change the scene in it each season. I purchased the winter scene for it. I just love it, although it was a little pricey! I bought it for a dance team fundraiser that Autumn was doing, so for a good cause! Nathan had his Christmas play on Wednesday evening. He did really well and even Uncle Jeff and Aunt Tracy came to see him... oh, and Grandma, too! Autumn has her this week. I like to share a little recap of my week at the start of each party: We had a full week! The kids only had TWO days of school (lucky ducks) and then we headed to Kansas City to celebrate Autumn's birthday at the Great Wolf Lodge! I will be sharing a recap post of our trip on Friday. Today we had Thanksgiving #2 with my family at my brother and SIL's house. It was a lot of fun and my brother always makes the BEST turkey! Yum! My plate from Thanksgiving #2 and a birthday cake for my mom and Autumn (both had birthdays on the same week!). Autumn's birthday was on Monday and I got her FAVORITE flavor of ice cream in a cake- Cookies and Oreo! Yum!
