I’m so excited to tell you about the adventure-packed new medieval animated series for kids from TeamTO,  My Knight and Me ! I'm also sharing a craft that you can work on with your little Princess- a Princess Smart Mirror! This mirror isn't really 'smart', but it is sparkly, wrapped in ribbons and even monogrammed with your favorite princesses initial! In the cartoon  My Knight and Me  they do have a smart mirror and this mirror will prompt your child with plenty of imaginative play! This show is currently airing on the Cartoon Network weekdays at 12 p.m. My Knight and Me is for kids ages 6-10 and follows the quests of a colorful and charismatic trio of knights in shining armor: loyal, street-smart Jimmy the Squire; daring and determined Cat the Princess; and bold and courageous Henri of Orange, Jimmy’s dad and a charmingly inept, yet passionately chivalrous knight who might not be the most efficient protector of the realm – but sure is the funniest! I like to share a little recap of my week at the start of each party: This week was pretty busy, but somehow I failed to take a lot of photos. Oops! On Monday, Nathan had his D.A.R.E. graduation and he won 1st place on the essay contest. His D.A.R.E. officer even sent his essay to the governor, which was special. Nathan got to read his essay at the graduation and he also got a medal and a cute stuffed animal of the D.A.R.E. mascot! How fun! I was at Hobby Lobby picking up items for a special project that Autumn had at school and I've been eyeing this light up sign for awhile. I found out that I could use the 40% off coupon on it and I was able to purchase it for $23! Does anyone have a lightbox? I am excited to try it out and it may be going on our new IKEA shelves! I like to share a little recap of my week at the start of each party: On Dec. 6, the elves came with goodies for the kids for St. Nick's Day. I also got my new Scentsy warmer, it burns the wax on top and has a light. It is just a jar and you can change the scene in it each season. I purchased the winter scene for it. I just love it, although it was a little pricey! I bought it for a dance team fundraiser that Autumn was doing, so for a good cause! Nathan had his Christmas play on Wednesday evening. He did really well and even Uncle Jeff and Aunt Tracy came to see him... oh, and Grandma, too! Autumn has her this week.
