It is still pretty hot here and I'm trying to get in the fall mood... so, I'm sharing some 'light' fall outfits today c/o RoseGal that you won't sweat too much in while the temps are still in the mid to upper 80's! In the first outfit I'm wearing a beautiful cold shouldered olive tunic with leggings and booties. I am so happy to get my leggings out again! Then, in the second outfit I'm wearing a striped dress (it fits more like a tunic though) with dark green skinny pants, tall boots and a burgundy hat! Oh, and I'm ALSO wearing my first choker (well, since my teen days). I'm so excited that chokers are in again, I'm afraid this won't be the last one in my collection! Both of these tops are from RoseGal, which has an AH-mazing selection of pieces for your wardrobe this fall! If you haven't already seen my Fall Wish List with RoseGal, check it out HERE.

5 Ways to Bring Spring Into Your Home

The weather here in St. Louis has gone from 70 degrees to tornado watches/warnings and now to possible snow/ice this weekend. Whew! I am SO ready for Spring and for Daylight Saving Time. Today I'm sharing with you how to bring Spring to your home sooner with 5 Ways To Bring Spring Into Your Home . Bringing a little Spring into your home is rather easy. You don't need to change up your entire decor, at least not yet... What I try to do is add little touches here and there. 1. Spring Wreaths One way that I bring Spring into my home is by placing a Spring wreath on my front door or on some of the interior doors in the home. My absolute favorite Spring wreath that I've done is my Split Pea Wreath below, but I'm currently working on a Tulip wreath which I'll be sharing in a couple of weeks! I'm also sharing a couple of other Spring wreaths that I've made below: Split Pea Wreath with Burlap Bow Some other Spring wreaths I've designed:   Simple Spring Hoop Wrea

November Monthly Goals

Happy Halloween everyone! We are going to have weather in the mid-70's today, so trick or treating tonight will be nice! Everyone enjoy your day and stay safe... I know I'll be stuffing my face full of my favorite Halloween candies (Snickers, PB Cups, etc., etc.) all day. ;) This year I've decided to set  three monthly goals  for myself each month. These will be lighter goals that I should be able to finish within the month. I used to do yearly resolutions, but I wanted to try out monthly goals this year. I am really enjoying it so far and I feel like I accomplished a lot with my January-October Goals. The recap for my October Goals will be at the bottom of this post. Here are my November Goals! 1.  Decorate House for Christmas I have a Holiday Home Tour I am doing with some other bloggers in early December and I wanted to get a head start on my Christmas decor. I always decorate the weekend after Thanksgiving, but we are going to be busy and it'd be nice to decorate BE
